Refund and Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(-s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(-s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags (if applicable) and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@tematikkits.store and we will instruct you on next steps. Item(-s) sent back to us without first initiating a return will not be accepted. Item(-s) must be returned within a 30-day window after receiving it, failing to do so will no longer allow you to return the item(-s).
All return expenses are at the cost of buyer. Item(-s) must be sent to us via trackable service.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can address the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item(-s) you received, and once your return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(-s).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
